1. Who we are
This policy applies to the Nyra Software website (nyrasoftware.com). The controller of personal data collected through this site is Nyra Software, operating in Spain.
2. What data we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we collect: name, company (optional), service of interest (optional), your message, and an email or phone number to reply to you.
3. What we use your data for
Only to respond to your contact request. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not sell it to third parties. On the About page we also publish team members' names, photographs, and job titles. Anyone shown there can ask us to remove that information by writing to us through the contact form on this site.
4. Who we share data with
We may use external providers (for example for email delivery or website hosting) that process data only as needed to deliver that service. If you use the WhatsApp button, you're taken to WhatsApp (Meta), which has its own privacy policy — Nyra has no access to that conversation unless you continue it directly with us.
5. Analytics and cookies
We use Google Tag Manager to manage measurement and marketing tags on this site. Google may process technical data (for example IP address, device type, and pages visited) under its own privacy policy. Non-essential cookies are only enabled if you accept them in the cookie notice. You can limit or block cookies in your browser settings.
6. How long we keep data
We keep contact form data only for as long as needed to respond to your request and meet legal or accounting obligations, where applicable.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact form on this site. You can also file a complaint with your country's data protection authority (e.g. AEPD in Spain).

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page reflects the last revision.
